My name is Ralph Kohlmeyer and I am part of the sales team here at Carbocraft (Pty) Ltd. Focussing predominantly on the processed meat industry, smoking products are always a topic of discussion with my potential customers. Although still fairly new to the industry I have made some considerable headway in the selling of woodchips and logs. I currently supply to clients all over South Africa but also to some clients in Zimbabwe. I believe product quality plays a vital role in how successful one will be in the meat smoking industry and that is why I believe Thomsen – Raucherspane gives me and Carbocraft the edge in this tightly contested industry. I look forward to seeing you at the masterclass to further discuss what products we can offer.’’
